TableCraft Privacy Policy
Effective 12 September 2026
This policy describes what data the TableCraft widget (“Kommo
reports in a spreadsheet with formulas”) processes, why it is used,
where it is stored and how to delete it. The operator is the Claudecraft
team (claudecraft.ru/en, “we”). By
installing the widget from the Kommo Marketplace you agree to this policy.
1. What data we process
- Technical Kommo account data: account ID and subdomain,
employee IDs and names, pipeline and stage structure. Access is granted
by Kommo itself via the official OAuth flow when the widget is
installed.
- Aggregated metrics — counts and sums for leads, tasks, calls,
contacts and other entities that the widget calculates for your reports.
They are stored in the cells of the spreadsheets you create.
- Spreadsheet contents — everything you enter and configure in
TableCraft spreadsheets (labels, formulas, access settings).
- Telegram recipient data — usernames, Telegram IDs and profile
names of the employees whom the account administrator added as report
recipients and who confirmed the connection themselves by pressing Start
in the bot.
- Contact details — phone number and comment if you submit a
purchase request or contact support.
We do not receive or store Kommo passwords,
customer conversations, call recordings or lead card contents. The widget
works with aggregated figures and account directories.
2. Why the data is used
- building and refreshing reports in your spreadsheets;
- per-spreadsheet employee access control;
- delivering reports to Telegram recipients and Excel export;
- license status checks (trial, subscription);
- user support and request processing.
The data is not used for advertising, not sold and not shared with
third parties except as described in section 4.
3. Where and how the data is stored
The data is stored on our servers. Server access is restricted and
connections are protected with TLS. Kommo OAuth tokens are kept on the
server and are never passed to the browser or third parties.
4. Sharing with third parties
- Kommo — the widget calls your account’s API to build reports
(within the scopes granted at installation).
- Telegram — if the account administrator enables report
delivery, report files are sent via the Telegram Bot API to the
recipients they specified.
- Cloudflare — technical relay of Telegram Bot API requests
through a secured Cloudflare Workers proxy.
5. Retention and deletion
The data is kept while the widget is installed in your account.
Removing the widget from Kommo disconnects the integration
automatically. Upon a support request we will fully delete all data of
your account: spreadsheets, settings, the Telegram recipient list and
access tokens.
6. Your rights
You may request information about what data of your account we store,
demand its correction or complete deletion. Contact us using the details
below; requests are processed within 10 business days.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy; the current version is always available at
this address with the effective date shown at the top. Continued use of
the widget after changes means acceptance of the new version.
